NEWLY UPDATED! Thank you to everyone who offered feedback and suggestions! Each goal setting package has more than doubled in size! Due to several requests to include a four point scale, I have added another set of self, peer, and teacher assessments. All assessments now have four options:
- a colour 3 point scale,
- a black and white 3 point scale,
- a colour 4 point scale, and
- a black and white 4 point scale.
In addition, a student booklet has been added to each goal setting package of materials.
Included in each goal setting package of materials are:
- posters that outline possible goal behaviours in the different areas,
- peer assessments,
- teacher assessments, and
- student booklets where students can record their thinking and ideas for each stage of the goal setting process. Different options are provided for the student booklet so you can tailor it to the needs of each student.
All materials are provided in both colour and black and white.
The trading cards in all the packages have on one side of the trading card a mini anchor chart and on the other side a list of self-assessment questions to support students.
Trading cards are provided in two different sizes. Both sizes are available in colour and black and white. Use the trading cards in your classroom when your students are involved in language arts activities.
